The purpose of this document is to inform the User of the Sandos4U Loyalty Program of the Terms and Conditions that regulate the membership in the program and the possession of the loyalty card.
Sandos Hotels & Resorts and/or EPI GESTIÓN, S.L. with registered address at C/ Saturnino Calleja n.º 16, CP. 28002 Madrid, with Tax Identification Number B-81890006, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, in volume 12618, section 8, page 174, page M 201777, acts as an intermediary between the user and the hotel establishment, offering an online platform through which the user can obtain certain benefits offered by the Sandos Hotels & Resorts hotel chain. Sandos Hotels & Resorts and/or EPI GESTIÓN, therefore will not be responsible for compliance with the program.
The purpose of this program is to reward the fidelity, loyalty and trust of the clients of the aforementioned hotel chain by offering them a series of benefits that can be consulted on the website http://es.sandos4u.com/ which will be kept constantly updated.
Any natural person over 18 years of age and/or a legal entity represented by a natural person over 18 years of age who is interested in accessing the loyalty programme may become a user of it and, prior to doing so, must complete the registration form provided on the website http://es.sandos4u.com/ and expressly accept the conditions for its use. Click here to access them. This acceptance will be understood if the user registers in the program and, in any case, if the loyalty card provided to the users is used.
Only those who sign up for our loyalty program will be entitled to obtain this card, and may use it to benefit from the options offered by the program. The benefits offered by the use of the card shall not be cumulative with any other offer, promotion, discount, special rate, etc.
The cardholder will be solely responsible for the personal data provided to Sandos Hotels & Resorts in order to obtain it, as well as for updating it, if applicable, and will be under the obligation to inform us of any change of address, telephone number, etc. in the e-mail address email@example.com
This card is not a credit card, it is personal and non-transferable and will be valid as indicated on it, and will accumulate on it the points indicated on the website http://es.sandos4u.com/ which, subsequently, may be exchanged for the benefits / prizes that are available at any time on the website.

For pre-checking on the same Sandos4U website.
By completing all the information requested in the account profile.
Invite a friend from Facebook and have them register as a member of the Sandos4U Program.

By registering and entering the promo code provided at the hotel.
Through specific promotional actions.
With stays of 2 years prior to registration as a member of Sandos4U.

At any time, the User may unsubscribe from the Sandos4U loyalty programme by writing to the address firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating in the subject line or reference...- unsubscribe from the loyalty program, or by calling +34 971783302. At the moment of requesting the cancellation, the user status will be lost and, automatically, all the points that have been accumulated until then.
On the other hand, the loyalty card will be cancelled automatically, with the loss of all the points that have been accumulated, in the following cases:
When the user makes inappropriate use of the fidelity card, in the opinion of Sandos Hotels & Resorts and/or EPI GESTIÓN, S.L., or when the payment of any bill for any stay, product or service contracted by the user in any of the hotels of the Sandos Hotels & Resorts chain is not attended to, the user will not be accepted again as a User of the loyalty card.
Due to the death of the holder.
Sandos Hotels & Resorts and/or EPI GESTIÓN, S.L is not responsible for promotions, prizes, benefits, third party services, loss of prizes, loss of cards or correspondence, incorrect addresses, robbery of points, delay in the enjoyment of the same, rate errors and/or description of the services contained in the advertising sent to Users, etc..
In accordance with Article 5 of the RGPD, REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), users are expressly informed that the personal data they provide through the service provided through this website will be collected and processed in a file owned by Sandos Hotels & Resorts.
The main purpose of this file is that the establishments provide the most excellent service possible, as well as to manage all the reservations made and the tasks involved in this management, and to offer you the services and products of the hotel chain Sandos Hotels & Resorts, understanding that in this way you will be provided with a better service as customers and users of this website. Likewise, we inform you that the information, data provided and your e-mail address may be used to carry out segmentations or personal profiles. We will also send you information using the email address you have provided. Sandos Hotels & Resorts will include the User's e-mail address in the mailing lists and will send commercial information or news that may be of interest to the User. For this purpose, you must expressly consent to the collection and processing of your data in the sense indicated.
Likewise, you are expressly informed that the data you provide during the entire service may be transferred by Sandos Hotels & Resorts to the companies that own and/or operate the hotels or similar establishments that are operated under the Sandos brand. Nevertheless, Sandos Hotels & Resorts will store this data for a period of three (3) years, and may carry out transfer activities during the same period, and the natural or legal persons or entities that are assigned to it will also be bound by this period. Likewise, we inform you that, if applicable, any data whose obligation is accrued from compliance with any tax or commercial regulations will be kept for the corresponding period of time.
When personal data is collected through www.sandos.com, the user will be solely responsible for the completion of the forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data, being informed in advance, clearly and unequivocally, that the Personal Data provided will be incorporated into a file or processing of personal data, whose owner and responsible is Sandos Hotels & Resorts. which is duly registered in the Register of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
In accordance with the provisions of Art. 15 et seq. of the RGPD, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, we hereby inform you that the data controller is Sandos Hotels & Resorts, and therefore the user may at any time exercise their rights under the aforementioned regulations, in particular, those of access, cancellation, opposition and rectification by sending a written communication to the e-mail address email@example.com, indicating in the subject line or reference: Data Protection. You are also informed that you can contact the Data Protection Officer at this e-mail address. However, in order to do this, your express consent is required, which will be obtained from us in order to carry out the aforementioned actions.
EPI GESTIÓN S.L., as intermediary, informs that the owner of the hotel chain Sandos Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel the present customer loyalty program at any time, although it will communicate this circumstance by e-mail to the address provided at registration to the Users of the same with a period of notice of four (4) months so that they can enjoy the benefits accumulated, except in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events.
At the end of the above mentioned period, any right, prize or benefit not consumed will be automatically extinguished, without any liability for Sandos Hotels & Resorts.
On the other hand, this program can be modified by notifying the Users of the new conditions and the moment in which they will be effective, with a term of four (4) months and also by e-mail. In this case, and if the new structure of the customer loyalty program does not satisfy the expectations of the Users, they are entitled to exchange all the points within a period of four (4) months, and must request the cancellation by writing to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the subject or reference in the subject line. Failure to do so will be understood as acceptance of the new conditions that will be published permanently on the website http://es.sandos4u.com/.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions of the Sandos4U customer loyalty programme is considered invalid, illegal, null and void or not fully or partially enforceable, it shall be understood as not having been put into effect without the rest of the Terms and Conditions herein being affected, which shall remain unchanged.
Also, these Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law, subject to the interpretation, application and enforcement of them, with the exclusion of any other applicable jurisdiction, to the knowledge of the judges and courts of Benidorm, which is expressly accepted by users.
