Terms and conditions
The aim of this document is to inform the User of the Loyalty Program Sandos4U of the Terms and Conditions of the program and of the loyalty card.
EPI GESTIÓN S.L., with registered office in Saturnin Calleja Street 16, 28002 Madrid. CIF: B-81890006, registered in Madrid Business Register, nº12618, section 8, sheet 174, page M 201777, acts as an intermediary between the User and the hotel establishment, providing an online platform for the user to get certain benefits offered by Sandos Hotels & Resorts chain. Thus, EPI GESTIÓN will not be responsible of the compliance with the program.
The main aim of this program is to reward loyalty and trust from our clients to the hotel chain offering them a series of benefits that can be checked on the website http://www.sandos4u.com/, which will be constantly updated.
Any natural person over 18 and or loyal person represented by a natural person over 18 interested in accessing the program may be a User of the loyalty program, prior filling of the form provided on the website http://es.sandos4u.com/ and explicitly accepting the conditions of use. Click here to access those conditions. The acceptance of those conditions will be understood when the user enrols in the program and uses the loyalty card provided.
Only those enrolled in our loyalty program will have the right to obtain that chard and to use it to make the most of the options of the program. The benefits of the card will not be cumulative with other offers, promotions, discounts, special rates, etc.
The card's owner will be the only responsible of the personal data provided to EPI GESTIÓN, as well as of their updating, being hereby bound to communicate via email to info@sandos.com of any change (change of address, telephone, etc).
The loyalty card is not a credit card, it is personal and non-transferrable card and it will store points indicated in the website http://www.sandos4u.com/ which the user will be able to exchange for the benefits / prizes available on the website.

At any moment the User will be able to withdraw the loyalty program Sandos4U informing the company writing an email to info@sandos.com with the subject -Withdrawal from the loyalty program, or calling +34 971783302. When requesting the withdrawal the user will lose the condition of User and all the points obtained so far.
On the other hand, the loyalty card will be automatically cancelled, with loss of all the points obtained so far, in the following cases:
When the User makes an inappropriate use of the card, in the judgement of EPI GESTIÓN, or in case of non payment of a bill of any stay or product or contracted service made by the User in any of the hotels of the Sandos Hotels & Resorts chain. In this case, the User will not be accepted as a User of the loyalty program again.
In case of death of the user.
EPI GESTIÓN accepts no liability for the promotions, prizes, benefits, services to third parties, loss of prizes, loss of cards and mail, incorrect addresses, robbery of points, delay in the enjoyment of the points, errors in the rates and/or in the services contained in the advertising sent to the Users, etc.
In compliance with the provisions of Article 5 of the Organic Law 15/1999 of Personal Data Protection and of Article 12 of the Real Decreto 1720/2007 of 21 December, approving the regulation implementing Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, of personal data protection, users are hereby informed that the personal data provided through the loyalty program Sandos4U will be registered and processed in a file under the responsibility of EPI GESTIÓN S.L., with registered office at Saturnino Calleja Street 16, 28002 Madrid. CIF: B-81890006
The aim of this file is to offer the services and products of Sandos Hotels & Resorts chain, as well as the benefits of the loyalty program, offering a better service to clients and users of the program. The registration in the file means the acceptance by the user of the storage of their personal data.

Likewise, the User expressly accepts that the data provided during the service provision may be handed over by EPI GESTIÓN to the owner of different hotels of the Sandos Hotels & Resorts chain, or to anyone managing those hotels in Spain or in any other country.
The users are informed that they may exercise their rights of access, cancellation, opposition and rectification writing an email to info@sandos.com with the subject -Data Protection.
EPI GESTIÓN, acting as an intermediary, informs that the owner of Sandos Hotels & Resorts chain reserves the right to cancel this loyalty program at any time, communicating this circumstance to the user via email to the address provided during the registration process no more than 4 months before so that they can enjoy the benefits obtained, except for cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
After the aforementioned period, any right, prize or benefit not enjoyed will be automatically cancelled, without any liability on the part of Sandos Hotels & Resorts.
On one hand, this program may be modified informing the user of the new conditions and the moment when they will be effective no more than 4 months before via email. In any case, and if the new structure of the loyalty programme falls short of the expectations of the users, they will be authorised to exchange all the points in 4 months, requesting the withdrawal of the program via email to info@sandos.com with the subject -Withdrawal for no acceptance of the modification of the program. If the user does not do so, it will be understood that he accepts the new conditions published permanently on the website http://www.sandos4u.com/.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of the loyalty program of Sandos4U is or becomes null and void, or enforceable in whole or in part, then the provision shall be deemed severable, such circumstance not affecting the rest of Terms and Conditions here informed.
Likewise, these Terms and Conditions are governed by the Spanish Law. The parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Benidorm for their interpretation, application and execution, excluding any other power or jurisdiction, which is thereby expressly accepted by the users.
